Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for a vehicle in normal condition for its size class. Heavy staining, pet hair, sand and salt buildup, excessive paint defects and other conditions add time and cost. We inspect the vehicle and confirm the final price with you before any work begins. Prices are subject to change and any promotional pricing shown applies only while that promotion is running.

A quote generated from this website is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a binding offer until we have seen the vehicle and confirmed the work and price with you.
Appointments and cancellation
If you need to move or cancel an appointment, call the shop — the earlier the better, so the slot can go to someone else. We will do the same for you if anything changes at our end. Mobile appointments may need rescheduling for weather; see below.
Mobile service
Mobile appointments require a suitable, legal and safe place to work — a parking space with room to move around the vehicle. We carry our own water supply, so you do not need to provide one. We may need to reschedule for weather where conditions would compromise the quality or durability of the work.
Mobile service is available within approximately 25 miles of our Medford shop, within Suffolk County, New York. Beyond that radius the work is performed at our shop, with pickup and dropoff available.
Vehicle condition
We will tell you before starting if we believe a defect cannot be corrected, if a panel has been repainted, or if any aspect of the vehicle’s condition limits what can be achieved. Some stains, etching and scratches are permanent and cannot be removed by detailing or polishing.
Warranty
We pass through the manufacturer’s warranty on the products we use, on that manufacturer’s terms. For ceramic coatings that is the Gtechniq warranty covering Crystal Serum Light and EXO V5, subject to their registration and maintenance conditions. For paint protection film it is the film manufacturer’s warranty against yellowing, cracking and delamination. We will give you the manufacturer’s own documentation rather than our summary of it.
We do not offer a separate workmanship guarantee on top of that. What we commit to instead is telling you before we begin what can and cannot be achieved on your vehicle, and confirming the price with you at that point rather than afterwards.
Detailing services such as washing, interior cleaning, waxing and sealing involve consumable products and are not warranted. The durability figures published on this site are what to expect under normal use and care; they are not guarantees.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. If your vehicle is damaged while it is in our care, tell us as soon as you notice it — call the shop and we will look at the car, and where the damage is ours we will put it right or handle it through our insurer. We would always rather hear about it than not.
