What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle details, service interest, the address or ZIP you provide, your preferred timeframe, and whether you consented to SMS contact.
We also record which page you submitted from, the referring site, and any advertising campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through. If you begin a quote request and do not finish it, we keep the vehicle and service selections you made so we can follow up.
Separately, we record anonymous first-party page views and interaction events (for example, which step of the form you reached). These are not linked to your identity and do not use cookies.
How we use it
To quote your job, contact you about it, schedule the work, and follow up if you do not hear back from us. We also use aggregate data to understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
We do not sell your information.
SMS and text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number to Ninja Auto Detail and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your enquiry — including quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates and customer service communications.
Message frequency varies based on your enquiry and your scheduled service. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.
Cookies and advertising
Our own analytics are cookie-free. Advertising and measurement tools — Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel — only load if you allow marketing cookies in the banner. If you choose “Essential only”, those tools are never loaded in your browser.
When you submit a form we may send a conversion event directly from our server to those advertising platforms. Where that event includes your email or phone number, it is hashed before it leaves our systems — the platform receives an irreversible fingerprint, not your details.
Address lookup
The address field uses Google’s Places service to suggest addresses. It loads only when you click into that field, and what you type there is sent to Google to generate suggestions, subject to Google’s own privacy policy. You can ignore the suggestions and type an address manually.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate: our website host, our scheduling software, and our email and SMS providers. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
Retention and security
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to run the business and meet record-keeping obligations. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s infrastructure with access limited to people who need it.
